Enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the deck viewing the ocean. Great swimming and life guard patrolled beach over summer vocation. A five minute walk to the local shops, cafes and dining.
A 15 minute drive to the city of New Plymouth where you can visit the the galleries, great dining or cafes, shopping, beautiful gardens e,g Pukekura Park - known for the lights or wonderful gardens, Pukeiti Rhododendron festival, walk or cycle on the beachfront walkway. Drive to Mt Egmont/Taranaki and such many more

Summary: Beautiful location. Bach living with mod cons. Beds very comfortable. Path to house abit steep and uneven and some shrubbery need cutting back from path. Great having a path to the beach, that also needed cutting back. The neighbour let us use theirs. Very friendly. Abit awkward getting into the toilet having to stand against the wall to close the door but nice and clean and great flush 😁. Great outdoor entertainment area. Nice to just sit back and relax. Bonus having aircon. Enjoyed my stay. Xx🙂

Summary: Great beach access, close to local shops, stunning view and front deck to look over the beach. The solar lights that were working on the pathway down to the house were helpful. The one by the stairs isn't working. Special thank you for turning the heat on. It was amazing to arrive to a cozy and warm house after being stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours due to a road closure on SH3. We really loved our stay. Thank you.

Summary: We appreciated the warm comfortable stay. The views of the ocean were amazing. I think we just needed the information about getting into the place as soon as the payment was accepted. But we manage to find the key when we searched around the outside. Also the bathroom is lovely but shower would not get warm and stay war. It was cold then tepid then cold again. I couldn't contact the owners directly. However I'm sure it would be a lovely place when these are dealt with. I would go there again.

Summary: The location of this holiday house can't be beaten and has everything you need for a great holiday. Also close to New Plymouth for groceries and activities. We were unlucky with the weather but will be back again in future for some sun.
